Had my lips and face done by Jemma she was very professional , she talked through what she was putting in and how long they last/ after care and what ...not to do etc. Jemma answered all my questions and was very honest and truthful about what areas I needed done and what areas didn’t! lovely salon very clean and tidy. Today I had my hair extensions and filler done and I am so so happy!! Jemma was so professional and her new salon is absolutely stunning! I didn’t eve...n need to remind her of my ethanol (alcohol) allergy she knew instantly to use wet wipes on my skin to remove make up. I’m super happy with my filler it’s exactly what I wanted!! As for my hair it’s always perfect I would go to no one else. Thank you Jemma for once again outstanding care and professionalism but above all the extra personal touches you always give x Show more

Not very professional, unhygienic used wet wipes not antiseptic and puts make up around your lips after getting filler. She didn’t go into detail abou...t what is being used. No client consultation card which is a must.. didn’t ask for id and they didn’t see if the client is allergic to anything either which needed to be questioned especially when getting filler/Botox. I wasn’t informed of any aftercare and put more filler into my lips than I even asked for. This isn’t me trying to put anyone off I am just explaining my experience Show more

Im sorry u feel u had a bad experience im not sure how using wet wipes is not allowed when it is to remove makeup and alcohol wipes were also used before and after the procedure.. medical grade makeup was used around the lips for photo purposes which is also allowed.. as u were aware u had literally opend the new studio within a day and as a last minute booking didnt have my consultation forms with the bew logo delivered in time but that is the only fault i agree with.. slightly more filler was added to make sure ur lips looked correct which was only a slight amount of which anyone else would be greatful of the free gesture. U didnt ask me what filler was used and if u did i would have told u.. if there was an issue then why did u not speak up at the time? Everyone is told the aftercare as u were. I dont have to give u anything physical so again this part isnt true, Ive been doing this job 10 years without complaints and i find it very hard to see how using wet wipes to remove makeup and giving u extra filler for free is an issue but ur entitled to your opinions.
