Dear Katie, thank you for your review and we're extremely disappointed to hear you're not happy with our service after coming to us for a long time. Please referred to our price list available on Booksy and on our website. We did not charged you any extra amount on your last visit. £35 is the cost of acrylic infill with white tips design. The price was set up in 2020, it has not changed since! It takes us much longer to do the white tips. If you were to have a plain colour, your nails would have costed you £30. As you already know, we take great care of our customers nails, style and designs, we also hope our customers appreciate our skill. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Many thanks.
