My lashes have never lasted more than a few days and despite contacting Abbie she ignored my messages. Worst of all I've lost count of the number of t...imes she's cancelled me at the last minute so unable to book anywhere else. I have been loyal for a long time and endured loss of lashes on day 2, poor service, countless cancellations and been kept waiting for ages. I don't know why I put up with it for so long but in the end I've found somewhere much better and my lashes have never lasted so long so I know it wasn't my fault. Show more

Hiya Janice , you was booked in when me and my little boy was really poorly and got a very snotty message back , which I really didn't appreciate, every other client understood , after this I did block you of my Booksy so you could no longer book as I really didn’t need it and I don't need clients like this I rarely have a day of and very rarely cancel my clients unless my child is poorly then I have no choice and expect clients to understand it happens , you have lashes once a month and sometimes you say they last the month other times you say they don’t , lashes should be infilled every 2 weeks to keep on top of them hardly any lashes will last 1 month, you have also tried booking in 4 times since this which i was abit shocked by as I would be a little embarrassed by the way you spoken to me for being poorly , I am really happy you have found somewhere else and wish you all the best !
