New to the area, I was nervous looking for a new place to get my hair cut. The reviews for LOTN were crazy good so I gave it a shot. The shop is quirk...y and unusual, comfortable but cool. Georgina was so helpful, I turned up with absolutely no idea what I wanted doing and left with the best haircut I’ve ever had - and probably amongst the cheapest! Customer for life. Absolutely brilliant! I have been dealing with a mess of a beard for nearly a year and put off going to a barbers because I'm not very trusting. Howev...er, when I saw the reviews for Lords Of The North I decided to take a risk and I was not disappointed! Chaz gave me great advice with regards the best way to style my beard and did an excellent job trimming and shaping it. The price is great and I've already booked my next trim. Show more

It was my first time going to Lords of the North and it was great, I was a bit anxious when going in but the atmosphere was really relaxed and laid ba...ck. Despite multiple barbers working it wasn’t too loud and each barber has their own area with sufficient space. The staff are friendly and welcoming even to new customers like myself, it felt like I’d been going there for years. Even when getting my hair cut it was done with time and care and I was consulted as it went on to see if the length was good and when my fringe was being done I was even asked what side I tend to brush it to so that it could be trimmed accordingly. Looking forward to getting my next haircut here again. Show more
