Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear you felt forced into paying more than expected. I’d like to clarify what happened. My standard price for a haircut and beard is £30. Sometimes the Booksy app runs promotions or offers discounts to new customers. These discounts come from Booksy, not from me, and they apply only if you pay online through the app at the time of booking. You saw a price of £27 on Booksy, but you chose not to pay online. Before your appointment, when we spoke on the phone, I explained this to you clearly. You told me you would bring cash. I also mentioned in that call and followed up by text that if you decided to pay by bank transfer instead of cash, there would be an extra £5 charge, as per my policy. Please have a read of my T&Cs. When you arrived without cash and wanted to pay by bank transfer, the total became £30 (haircut + beard) + £5 bank transfer fee = £35. That’s what you paid. I understand this was frustrating, but I did communicate all of this beforehand. I appreciate your custom and will try to make pricing even clearer in the future.
