Really disappointed unfortunately. I came in expecting to leave blonde, ended up a brunette. I understand that it’s not that simple to go from pink to... blonde hair in one go, however, I now have dark brown roots (again) and a mixture of brown, pink, purple and grey hair. I was also faced with an unexpected charge at the checkout which I am not pleased with at all, I was given no option for this treatment during the appointment so was not expecting to pay anymore money. Vicky was lovely, however, I am really upset by my hair as it’s not what I asked for in the slightest. Show more
