The thing that let’s figure and face down is the booking system ie Booksy. You cannot beat speaking to a person who reassures you that what you wanted... to happen is actually booked in. Twice I have booked double treatments and received an email confirming the one so assumed (my mistake) the other one would be booked too. Then I turn up to only one of the appointments is possible and booked in. It’s annoying! Getting through on the phone is difficult. Oh back to the good old days of having a welcoming and friendly receptionist who sorted everything! Show more
