The woman was very polite and good at communicating to begin with - I took an unsettled baby (I warned before coming and Keziah was happy for this and... did not let me re schedule) however when I got there because my child was unsettled as I warned my full booking was not carried out which was frustrating. On top of this I was expecting to pay card (knew I could as someone I know has been to her before) however she failed to tell me her card machine is broken - meaning I had to transfer which I can not do without a card reader (mines misplaced) this was not said until after my treatment was done (obviously difficult without a card reader so had taken a while - my fault just as much as the practitioners) I am a young woman very insecure about my skin my photos were also posted on Instagram with no permission leaving me embarrassed, when I had seen these pictures used I asked for a new one to be added to blur my skin however this was ignored and the picture is still up. Results are good though☺️ Show more

Thank you for your review I respect your willing to express, May I just say this, I only suggested you not reschedule your appointment due to you letting me know 4 hours before your appointment, so I tried to save you from being charged a late cancellation fee. Also my booksy app states "cash or paypal" as payment option due to no card machine. Payment still has not been made for the treatment I have carried out. I didnt do the other area of filler due to your baby being very distressed and I didnt want to be under that pressure when carrying out another treatment, for your sake and mine. To which I suggested you come back on another date The photos I asked before I took them to which you said yes, I'm sorry you wernt happy with them, and yes ill remove them due to you being un happy but I didn't do it straight away as I didn't see the message as was focused on seeing where the payment was. So thank you very much for your review I'm glad you liked the results, as did I.
