My sincere apologies for needing to reschedule last weeks appointments on Thursday and consequently Saturday.
Without going into too much detail, our piercer was was dealing with an emergency affecting the health of a close family member which had to take priority over her piercing appointments for that week.
Given the opportunity, we would've been happy to offer some sort of consolation for us needing to reschedule you twice. Again, we do apologise for any disappointment you've experienced, however on this occasion I'm afraid it was unavoidable.
We wish you all the best for any future piercings you have!
