Full Set Acrylic/BIAB Removal

I came for an acrylic removal, they took off my nails completely fine and quickly but it was the actual experience that marks this review down. There ...were no tables left so i was seated on a massage chair, slightly inconvenient but oh well, until they began with my removal and before leaving to serve another client, turned on the chair without asking me. I didn’t like the feeling of it at all and wanted to turn it off but i had the acetone on my nails so i couldnt and i was too afraid to ask. When the woman doing my nails came back i asked her to turn it off and that was fine but I was sat in discomfort for quite a while. Furthermore, the salon was quite unhygienic, reusing nail files and buffers without sanitising. Overall I received what I paid for but will not be returning Show more

Hi hunx, im so sorry for your bad experience today. As we was busy so one of our staff was asked you to sit on pedicure chair with massage on and we believed she already asked you . But perhaps the massage mode was too strong so you were not used to it. We do appologise that we didnot recognise you didnot feel comfortable. And you know we were worrying you will wait so that why we tried to do as quick as we can but we not change the file as you natural nails after took off quite thin so the new file really sharp then we dont want to damage your nails . We will more care about that and thank you for your review

Came in for a simple acrylic removal and somehow left with the most flawless BIAB cat eye set on my natural nails, plus a tiger print accent because I... smudged one and we decided to make it a feature. Lovely girls but felt rushed to pick a colour even though I was early for my appointment. Manicure looks lovely, no issues with this. Pedicure was ...ok but the removal of “ingrown nails” which was painful at the time, has resulted in an infection and painful toes. Wouldn’t recommend this. Not sure if I would visit again. Show more
