I usually love coming here however I didn’t enjoy the service this time. I spent the entire time inhaling a lot of dust and product with a lot of it e...nding up on my clothes as the brush and station seemed to have a lot of build up. I found the service to be rushed and rough with little care taken. Show more

Very friendly staff, took time to discuss my choices and get a second opinion. Convenient location, close to the town and parking, very accessible. Un...fortunately I have small nicks and cuts around 7 of my fingers. At £38 for a soak off and reapply biab this is the most I’ve paid and it’s a little disappointing that I ended up with damage to my hands and in so many places. Show more

Hi, We apologise that your first appointment did not meet your expectations, you will need to let our salon know about this before booking any more treatments before hand so we are made aware what the issue is. We also regret that your second appointment had to be changed last minute which was due to an emergency. We did offer a reschedule or to sticking with the same time and dates. We are committed to providing excellent service and will work to ensure that these issues are addressed and do not happen again in the future.
