My dog started coming here a while ago and always had a great service. I have recommended friends and family to use here. Unfortunately on the Last 2 ...occassions it has been a different staff member, who has then told me that my dog nipped her. He has never did this anywere else or here previously. For this visit i was worried about this and had advised to muzzle him when cutting underneath and paws and he can get ratty. I believe this advice was ignored and there was a further incident during this visit, which resulted in cut not being finished and me banned from bringing him back. The girl before had told me he gets a bit huffy,,, as most dogs do. but no issues with aggression, sometimes just needs a hand to get him to stay still for cutting certain areas. He was rattling the full night not letting anyone near him, so iv no idea what has actually gone on. To add i was embarrassed that this had happened, made worse by the tone of the message when asking to collect him. Show more

I can get quite anxious about grooming, as I’m very careful not to damage... her coat by shaving, so I truly appreciate the care and expertise Renata showed. She hand stripped my dog following the breed guidelines perfectly, and the outcome was just beautiful. I'm sorry we didn't meet expectations. The cat was at the groomer's for the first time, neither we nor the owner know his story because he is an adopted cat. The cat was very stressed during the visit. He was shaken, running away, scratched hands, not letting anyone touch his paws. The groomer could do the haircut as quickly as possible, when the aesthetics of the haircut are in last place. The health and safety of the cat are more important. The groomer could also refuse the service, but then you would also be disappointed. It should be noted that cats should not have their paw pads cut because there are very sensitive sensory hairs there - whiskers. However, thank you for your time and comment. We are currently creating detailed rules for cat service in the salon and each owner will have to read and confirm before the visit, because apparently this time it was missing.
