thank you for your opinion. the dog had been here before as a puppy and you were happy. This time you came late for your appointment and caused a collision with another scheduled dog who arrived on time. This caused confusion in the salon and your dog's nervous behavior. He is already a large and strong golden retriever who was very difficult to keep even with two people so that he wouldn't hurt himself or us. We are very sorry that you judge us this way. No one threw your dog. we were just trying to maintain him. We should refuse the service because, due to the circumstances, we did not want to expose you to inconvenience. In the process, you were leaving and entering the salon, which made your dog even more upset. We can prove all this because the salon is monitored 24 hours a day and we have recordings of all visits.
