appointment 3.50 and didnt get in chair til 4.10. music was awful. £18 for haircut but thought was supposed to be £15 for under 12 years old

We are sorry to hear the music is not up to your standards , unfortunately we have to have a mixture of music to suit all clients taste , & it's £18 for a kids skin fade is what you got as the booking system says £15 kids cut then £18 kids skin fade.
