Hope was friendly, welcoming and instantly made me feel at ease (im naturally an anxious person). She was so precise with a hugh focus on attention to... detail and ensuring everything was 'just right'. She was confident and wasnt phased by my 'spoon nails' 😂. Im relatively new to the world of getting my nails done and find it exciting that despite my nail structure not being the best (initially) that hope can make it work and readjust it slightly so that i can enjoy the world of nails. Hope is a gem! Show more
