After being a loyal client of charlottes for several years. And being mobilty impared .needing to rely on others to get me to her appointments. Deal...ing with last minute changes to set appointment times . Or very last minute cancellations . I fully understand that occasionally things crop up that might cause a cancellation/ reschedule. The evening before my latest appointment was due it was cancelled. An alternative date was offered but when i responded saying this is not possible i didnt recieve an apology , suitable reschedule established and no communication after the event (a week since this review). Previous appointments have been professional and Charlotte is very good at what she does. Just communication and management is lacking and for me this is important. I will possibly recommend friends but for myself and my anxiety I have had enough. Show more
