Unfortunately, this client came in with product in her hair (root powders and spray) which created a barrier around the hairline affecting the coverage. Didn’t tell me before hand that her hair was filled with product until colour was applied. It was booked last minute and we felt rushed as she told us didn't have time to sit and have her hair done. Client was also upset with her usual hairdresser (from salon across the street) cancelled on her saying she had it booked for a while and she wanted to go elsewhere now so booked with us, asked for highlights but only booked in for a tint we were busy and didn’t have time to change the service. I gave discount as good will gesture but feel they wanted a free service and as it wasn’t our fault I wasn’t prepared to spend two hours and the use of our products wasted I wasnt giving a free service. Bad review is just so they can have money back when they gained a full cut and colour service. A very small percentage of hair on the front wasn’t 100% covered and client has been offered to pop back in and have it touched up which would completely resolve this situation.

I offered you a free service for the next day. I didn’t cancel asked to reschedule due to illness which couldnt be helped unfortunately. Siobhan
