Been using Swaffield’s for a while now and although not the cheapest, the service is always great. However, had a disappointing experience today with ...a barber I’ve not used before. He was late for the appointment, has left me with uneven hair in places (back of my head is a lot shorter in some places), I’ve got one ear trimmed and the other ear still has long hair. The appointment was about 10 mins shorter than I usually have from the other staff. I felt like he couldn’t get the job done quick enough. There was also no final trimming at the end leaving me uneven bits. Will make sure to choose one of the other excellent barbers next time. Show more
