Facial an massage, perfect. No complaints. The head spa part, I’m upset, I actually cried when i got home a saw the state of my hair. A matted mess. ...Had to buy some detangle spray and brush. Was told the camera for scalp analysis was not working so could not be used, which is fine. But still charged the full £95. Left salon with hair dripping wet an matted. Looked an absolute state. Thankyou for your feedback, As I have dealt with this by issuing partial refund I hope you can understand this wasn’t intentional and I am deeply sorry that you left the salon upset. I am still learning the treatment myself and getting used to different hair types and lengths. I will be offering blow drys to this service to ensure this doesn’t happen again and I can properly deal with long, tangled hair. Thanks again 🙏🏽🫶🏽
