Karen spotted my knee injury as soon as walked in to see her - she then proceeded to solve an issue that had been lingering since the Spring (an issue... a surgeon, MRI and physio had not solved) and worked on my sciatic nerve which was dislodged and in the three sessions has got my knee back into operation - where traditional medical routes had all failed. Thanks so much Karen - it was intense but Karen promised me a relaxing massage once she had fixed the key issue areas - which she did - and I then slept like a baby! Show more

Karen truly does have healing hands. After years of nerve pain, migraines and stress related knots that I had to be on painkillers for, I have seen th...e light and am committed to on-going physical therapy from Karen for life. Every time I walk in to her therapy room I know I am going to leave feeling 100%. It’s important that people understand that if they want to have their sciatic pain/deep knots removed then it may occasionally be uncomfortable - but it is soooo worth it for the increased mobility and lack of pain afterwards. Karen, I am SO grateful for the work you do, your professionalism, kindness and generosity. (And that you let me listen to rock music over the pan pipes). The location is nice and quiet and the free parking is so appreciated. Show more

I feel bad writing this review as clearly some people love what you do. I booked 2 hours for what I thought was going to be a lovely relaxing massage ...treat having been packing up a house for the last 2 1/2 weeks. However, the treatment was brutal and painful and not the least bit relaxing. Perhaps I chose the wrong treatment/massage. My back now appears to be in spasm and I’m taking painkillers. Having had massages for years all around the world, this was the most uncomfortable. Although the treatment room is lovely and welcoming, the building is in the middle of an industrial estate with no waiting room! So to conclude, don’t book the two hour treatment. If you are wanting a relaxing time where you drift off to sleep and come out on a cloud…you will be disappointed.. Since writing this review, Karen called me and very aggressively shouted at me asking me to change it if she gave me a free treatment. The review I have written is completely honest and is exactly what happened. Needless to say, after this, I will not be taking up her offer. Show more

I’m sorry you feel this way, I was under the understanding you wanted me to help your painful back, legs etc- when you said you wanted relaxation I changed my massage to suit your needs to include hot stones and reflexology for a deeper relaxation I asked you during treatment are you ok you replied yes. So continued with a Japanese massage to finish. I gave you advice on other treatments that may have been more appropriate for you. I offered you a discount you continued to pay full price. You told me you are use to beauticians light massage -I called you yesterday to discuss your review you told me you didn’t like treatment again I apologised and offered you a free treatment I was told I was disturbing your breakfast.
