Hi there, thanks for your review. I am surprised to see your review as I had thought that the issue was now resolved after I had messaged you to explain the circumstances. For clarity, the salon was closed as I was on holiday and I had communicated this to all clients via my business instagram page. However there seems to have been some issues with the booking system in that it had allowed you to book in error in another column. Again, I apologise for the inconvenience and would never intentionally waste any of my clients time. I appreciate every client who books into the salon and do my utmost to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that each client has a positive experience. The refund of your deposit has been processed now and should be in your account however please reach out to me if you have any issues. Hopefully you can understand this has been a genuine error and oversight and was not something that was done intentionally. I would love to have the opportunity to do your hair in the future ❤️
