Hey Anna-Marie, Just wanted to clarify a few things about your review. As we mentioned earlier, the address listed is correct. If you check any map, you'll see that businesses in Fermanagh typically have Enniskillen listed in their address. Booksy uses Google Maps to set our address based on the postcode, and unfortunately, we can't edit it directly. But don't worry, clients come from all over and have no problem finding us with maps. You asked us not to charge you a cancellation fee, in which we hadnt mentioned of doing but you still felt the need to write a review. We're a bit disappointed that you rated us so harshly without actually experiencing our services. I've checked with Booksy, and they've confirmed that all our details are accurate.
