Hi. Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear the standard of the services were not to your satisfaction. I understand your son was waiting for his haircut longer than expected and again I apologise. Whilst my staff and I try our best to stick to allocated times, we do unfortunately suffer delays in waiting times and haircuts due to customers being late or not sticking to their allocated times, which delays the following appointments. We unfortunately were a staff member short that day resulting in even more delays. We did try our best to pull back the timing but unfortunately on that day, the delay was exceptional. I have spoken to the staff again to understand the importance of keeping to schedule. Whilst you left only a one star rating, I do believe this is the first time this has happened yourself in the 6 years I have been cutting your sons hair. I understand your son and yourself were happy with the haircut and the service he got from my staff as it was not mentioned in your review. Many thanks. Levi.
