Disappointing experience, came in for a chat to discuss how I wanted my hair, gave pictures for examples. When I attended my appointment at 1pm, I was... informed that the stylist was running late by approx 30 minutes. 70 minutes later I was finally sat in the chair. Eventually at 6.25pm my hair was finished - I said it wasn’t really what I wanted but I was told as it was dark outside and the lighting was bad, it would look better in natural light - so the actual final colour was nothing like what I wanted, it was a yellowy colour with bright white patches. The underneath is now a light auburn colour and I have bad lines and spotting everywhere - I messaged the lady to advise and was told - sorry I tried my best !! Show more

we are very sorry you feel this way.. sometimes our hair ladies do run behind and unfortunately it’s a common problem with clients coming late etc and it having a knock on effect .. I personally know sarah did her best and did advice it may take more than one treatment to get the exact colour you wanted but the result is still lovely in my opinion.. we have lots of pictures to show the result is not patchy or spotty .. please come in so sarah can advice next steps to get the desired colour x

Arrived on time for my appointment. I was left waiting for 20 minutes, while they were with another client. No hair products were used after washing m...y hair, no heat protection etc. The whole experienced felt rushed and they were too busy talking to other staff and clients. From start to finish it took 15 minutes when the appointment was for 45. They then charged me more because my hair was long when all they did was cut an inch of the bottom (which I did ask for). £38 for a 15 minute haircut with no customer service or care I left feeling ripped off and very disappointed. I saved up for this appointment and it was not worth it. Won’t be returning. Show more
