Terrible experience - had a back massage and it was the strangest technique I’ve ever experienced. I felt the therapist had not been properly trained ...in this treatment. When I messaged the owner she was extremely dismissive, and didn’t seem to care at all. Her response was “I should have told the therapist” I didn’t think I’d have to tell a trained professional how to do a treatment. Would not recommend this treatment, and based of the owners messages I’d avoid the business completely due to unprofessionalism. Show more

This is definitely unfair review, you give the therapist positive feedback while leaving. You then messaged us looking a refund after saying this in a message "Chloe was incredibly kind and checked in with me twice to make sure the pressure was okay, but the issue wasn’t with the pressure. Rather, it was with the technique". To clarify you didn’t like her technique, which every therapist will have a different technique. But you left all negative feedback publicly because you didn’t get a refund . Very disappointing behaviour
