We appreciate your feedback and if you have any other issues feel free to call us directly we are more than happy to help and resolve any problems , we provide full treatment description on this App and it Adding extras like gel polish removal will increase the price as it’s been done from a different salon so we do charge extra for that, sorry you had a bad experience.
