Loved my session today with Jen. She gave some really insightful and helpful nutrition information. We then did a good warm up/stretch before performi...ng some simple yet challenging moves. Jen ensures that the moves are performed safely and makes sure that the weights are adjusted to make you work! I felt good after the session and know I will feel the benefit tomorrow😁 Show more

Jen was very welcoming, gave me an assessment, ex...plained well what was going on and gave me a good, strong massage, treating the problem areas and this has definitely helped.
