I hate to leave anyone a bad review but I feel its only right to be honest. First off my lashes are stunnning which is why its so bittersweet. My nai...ls are the worst ones ive seen, thick, wide, shape is uneven, paint job not good. Photos honestly dont do it justice. She didnt ask what shape I wanted either so its lucky i wanted square! Im disappointed to read reviews saying Ella was welcoming, she barely spoke two words to me, the entire time was spent silent. Makes me feel as though it was personal against me. I felt like id inconvenienced her by booking from the second she let me in the door. As you can see from the photos too, she cut me quite abit and didnt apologise once. Before i went, i thought the price was incredible but after seeing what my money got me, not so incredible. Im sure she is a lovely girl and it could of just been a bad day but ultimately that was my experience and i wanted to share it. Id of loved to continue going for my lashes but the atmosphere made me feel its not a place I want my money to go. Show more
