Absolutely fantastic.. we cannot recommend highly enough. My daughter suffers hair loss as a result of some medication she needs to take. For a teenag...er, appearance and hair is so important and the hair loss was having a significant effect on her confidence and mental wellbeing. Since having mesh integration she has so much more confidence… she has gorgeous thick hair now that she can wear either straight or curly and loves trying out new styles.. the initial process and maintenance doesn’t take long, and all the girls in the salon are super friendly and experienced and we feel that we are in safe hands! After travelling 3 hours for a consultation regarding what to do with my thinning hair. I got a phone call saying she would have to close the salon as... due to the snow, the schools were closing and she would have to go and collect her child, which I totally understand. I explained hiw far we had travelled and were literally 20 minutes away but no offer to meet me back at the salon later or anywhere else that would have been convenient. It was just for a chat after all with the possibility of further expensive treatments and as it was her own business, I would have thought she might have been more accommodating. I suggested, if I stayed overnight in a hotel would she be able to see me the following day which she did kindly agree to. However, it has been a week now since our consultation, after which, she told me she would get back to me with prices etc. either the same day, if not, the following day. I've heard nothing!! Feel I've wasted time and money on a hairdresser that clearly does not want the business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Show more
