I've seen Aaron twice now for foot pain that I've had since an injury over a year ago. Aaron is professional and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly w...hat the problems were and treated. He's also advised on how I can further recovery and strengthening by recommending some exercises for me to do at home. Aaron provides the most comprehensive service I have yet to encounter with a PT. He delivers on training plans, diet plans and fitness goals which is ...brilliant. I have worked with other PTs that have promised this but not delivered. More importantly he delivers a friendly and personalised service which actually delivers on your goals and is tailored to you, something I have encountered infrequently in 7+ years of training experience.
