Aaron provides the most comprehensive service I have yet to encounter with a PT. He delivers on training plans, diet plans and fitness goals which is ...brilliant. I have worked with other PTs that have promised this but not delivered. More importantly he delivers a friendly and personalised service which actually delivers on your goals and is tailored to you, something I have encountered infrequently in 7+ years of training experience. If you want a friendly, personable PT who also delivers on his promises and results, this is the man for you. Can’t recommend more highly. Show more

Pulled my back first thing in the morning. Woke up with a tight back, did some stretches and warmed up before squatting. 2nd set in and i feel a pull ...in my back, twang. Over the next hour or so my ability to walk becomes limited. Managed to book in with Aaron that morning and immediately after a few posture analysis poses finds out exactly what the cause is. An hour later after the appointment i can again walk as normal (with a slight pain), now knowing what the root of the problem is (SI joint) and what i can do to prevent (Glute Activation), with some stretches given. 3rd day in and its almost back to normal. This is a recurring issue ive had and hapens every 6-8 months or so but am glad i have finally found an answer to what the issue is and what i can do to strengthen/prevent it from happening again.
