Terrible customer service. Turn up for my appointment only to be turned away because she didn’t have the time to do what needed to be to be done . Was...n’t even that bothered . Too have an appointment and be turn away was in total shock that this could be the way that this business is run . Luckily I got an appointment in another local nail place and they were shocked also to hear about this experience, had empathy and got me fitted in .
