Reception team are extremely awkward they are not friendly at all, the customer service really slacks its a great shame. I was waiting in the waiting ...room and could here the staffs loud conversations, not very professional. The actual therapist service is great just a shame about the overall welcome real shame as they are your first encounter and do impact your visit. Show more
