James went above and beyond for my first appointment at the salon. Due to a technical issue I'd mistakenly booked an appointment when the shop had c...losed. After contacting James, he was kind enough to make arrangements and fit me in last minute as I'm not local to the area. With having wavy hair and trying to grow it out, he knew exactly what I needed to maintain it and tidy it up whilst not taking off too much length. It feels so much better to manage and he also styled it really well. On top of that, he was very hospitable, friendly and just all-round talented.
