Roberto w...as fantastic, his attention to detail and skill were evident from start to finish. I booked the appointment because I have an important business trip to Lyon next week, where I’ll be meeting key stakeholders. Since I normally work from home and don’t attend in-person meetings, I was feeling a bit anxious about it. But after my visit, I’m genuinely amazed at how much of a difference a sharp haircut and beard trim have made. I feel more confident, sharper, and ready to put my best foot forward. The whole experience was top-notch. The atmosphere was welcoming and inclusive, and the little touch of being offered a complimentary drink, really elevated the experience for me.
