This was my first time having reflexology and was unsure of what to expect. However, as soon as you arrive, Nicola makes you feel extremely welcome an...d you immediately know you are in a relaxed atmosphere. Nicola is very easy to talk to and you soon find yourself chatting freely about your ailments or life in general (sorry you had to listen to that Nicola!) which I found extremely helpful to relax and switch off. This combined with a wealth of knowledge made the experience very worth while and good value for money. I’ll definitely be booking my next appointment and would highly recommend Meraki Room.
