We always enjoy taking the dogs up to swallowfields. One of them is very reactive so it’s the only time he can run around off lead. It’s easy to book..., find and access and it’s a decent sized field. We’ve always gone in summer time before but decided to go yesterday at 5.30 and so it was already dark. I thought there might have been some form of lighting but it was pitch black but luckily we had a torch with us. There’s usually hot water etc to make a drink in the little hut which is a cute touch but there wasn’t any of that either. I’m not sure if it’s possible to have any lighting in winter but that would be great for people like us who can only come later on after work. If there had been lights and hot drinks (just wasn’t on this occasion) i would have given 5 stars. Great little place Show more

Really well maintained, large field. Shelter at the top to sit in. There's always fresh drinking water and bowls available and bins for rubbish. Good ...combination of agility equipment and space to run free. You can drive into the field and close the gate behind you which is perfect. My dog absolutely loves it. Show more

Brilliant field, clean and completely secure! Our dogs loved the freedom of play and the agility equipment. The shelter and hot drinks were a lovely ...touch too. We brought our own toys but there were balls and launchers on hand if we needed them and the water station was perfect for both dogs who are usually quite fussy but no problems here. We came in an evening and thankfully brought torches. Will book a bit earlier next time. Thank you so much. Show more

We have never let our rescue JRT off the lead before as he has some fear reactivity . He has been on long lead but it was lovely to see him so happy a...nd enjoying his freedom. It allowed us to practice recall but also relax not looking out for dogs in the distance. He did check the perimeter and confirmed there was no escape routes. Would be nice to return and introduce some of the agility equipment to him. Show more

Lots of space for a decent run, high enough fence for my GSD which could jump 6ft easy, also low enough and all gaps covered for any small dogs. She a...bsolutely loved it, I'll definitely be bringing her again 😊 x Show more

Hi We love your field as does our dog, Dolly! It was unfortunate that we arrived just after 11am today as we were booked for 25mins, but when we arriv...ed there was a dog on lead stood outside with its owner, a car and another car in the field! They soon went but it did delay it us slightly! Show more
