Emma has been great since first meeting her! She made time to give me a consultation when I just popped in with my mother in law even though she was r...eally busy. She answered numerous messages from me with all sorts of questions leading up to my appointment and really made me feel in safe hands!! On the day of my appointment she made me feel at ease and completely calmed my nerves and was fantastic throughout! That goes for Emily too, who was taking pictures.
