Afternoon, We always value reviews 😊 good or bad, so thanks. We can only get better with constructive feedback. When you came to see us yesterday our girls had a 9.30am start apart from Rebecca hence why our girls were waiting for their clients however I can see from the camera's that claudia was the only member of staff who had sat down at 9.15am to have a cuppa before work. Your treatment was completed not long after, and I can see you leaving at 9.18am to which 2 further clients had arrived and were sitting on the sofa on their phones. I don't enforce any rules to where the girls can sit as long as the areas are kept clean and free for clients when required. We generally don't get time to get a cuppa when the working day starts. In relation to Rebecca needing encouragement to match the brows I have since spoken with Rebecca and we have discussed how we can move forward in a more positive, confident way. She assured me that you and your mum were happy with the finished treatment, and she altered the brow as per your mum's request. I can see that the whole conversation was polite, and your mum also complimented Rebecca on how she made the brows look so many thanks as that will also boost confidence. As always, your feedback is always welcome, and I hope you see an improvement in how Rebecca handles her confidence going forward. Many thanks Leigh
