Hi , I was told that you’ve cancelled your booking several times and you were proposed to get your haircut from another barber… you never been in our shop before and you know Niko for a long time , he refused to cut your hair for other reasons , please don’t criticise the barbershop because of your private problems with Niko . Anyone it’s happy to cut your hair anytime… but not Niko , just to avoid any conflict we consider that this is the best way to resolve the problem. We wish you all the best.
