Was booked in with bogdan on app but was asked to go with Manuel? First time here so said ok, kept laughing while i was being asked? Unsure what was f...unny. didnt talk the whole time hygiene wasnt good area messy, still hair on equiptment from previous cut, asked for high fade got a mid fade, didnt style hair after or offer and didnt show back of cut with mirror, just said ok and started to take the gown off. Reception staff freindly although possibly double booked bogdan hence why i was asked to go with someone else Show more

Hi , Darren , apologies for the inconvenience . Sometimes unfortunately customers are late , wich is understandable and delays occur as result. In order not to worsen the customer experience , we suggest a different barber from the chosen one , if customer accepts ( your case ) we continue the service , if he doesn’t we do everything possible for the chosen barber to offerr the service asap . Regarding the hygiene I think it’s a bit to much what you saying, being a very busy day , there would have been hair on the floor, but regarding the tools, is asure you that they were sanitaized with the spray . Regarding the mirror, I asure you i will have a conversation with the barber in question . Have a nice day !!
