Was a bit nervous initially since I hadn't had my hair professionally done like this before and I was worried it wouldn't turn out how I liked, plus I... was running a few minutes late due to traffic. However, the staff were incredibly understanding and kind, the service was amazing and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it to, which is a massive confidence boost for me.
