First time visiting, I arrived on time for my appointment but Rich made me wait for another customer then whilst doing my hair he forgot what services... I was booked. I’d to remind him that I want enhancement. Lastly, he talks too much and he never engage with me as a customer whatsoever. As a first timer I wasn’t satisfied with the overall experience. Show more
