This was my first time visiting Jakki and my first time having Botox and Lip filler. From the moment I got there I was made to feel comfortable, Jakki... spoke with me for twenty minutes before hand so we could discuss what I wanted and she added suggestions what she thought would work best for me. She checked in with me every step of the way through both procedures and made sure I was happy at regular intervals before she continued. I was also dreading the pain of lip filler but honestly I couldn’t get ever how painless it was, a little discomfort but nothing like I was expecting. Such a lovely woman and I’m so glad I chose her.
