There’s no excuse for the oversight, and I completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been. I understand from your review that you’re hesitant to use the service again, and I truly regret that it led to such a negative experience. I remember contacting you initially to inform you that I had to cancel the appointment due to not having the key, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of further communication on my part.
