From the moment I walked through the door I felt comfortable! I’m not a person who gets their lashes done but wanted a change, and I normally stay awa...y from new things as they can cause some anxiety but all this was put to ease, I actually fell asleep a couple of times during the process I was so comfortable and was always asked if I was okay throughout. I’m not from the london area at all and had no idea where to look for my lashes but I’m ever so impressed and I will certainly be going back again ☺️ thank you so much for your kindness and customer care, you are excellent.
