Katie Rose was recommended by a friend, as I was interested in lip filler but hadn't had any aesthetic procedures before and was a bit nervous and ove...rwhelmed trying to find the right treatment and person. Katie was so kind, professional and knowledgeable in the consultation and made me feel so comfortable and confident to go ahead- I felt completely heard and understood, and that we were on the same wavelength for the results I wanted, and I was able to book an appointment within a week too! The salon is so comfortable and immaculate, and Katie is excellent at explaining everything but keeping the vibes very calm and relaxed. She was so gentle during the procedure and made sure I was happy at every step, and fully prepared for my aftercare too. It's been a few weeks now so my lips feel quite settled and have the 'my lips but better' look that I wanted. Couldn't be happier with the service and results, I highly recommend Katie and will be definitely returning as and when I'm ready for more! Show more
