My recommendation is AVOID. I booked my holiday lashes in with Amelia. I turned up and the atmosphere was nice, the girls seemed lovely and I had no c...oncerns. I got my classic lashes done and once Amelia was finished, she started peeling the tape of my eyelids and under eyes where it’s normally taped during the process. As she was peeling the tape, it was extremely painful and there was strong burning sensation for a reason - the tape peeled off the skin of my eyelids as well as around the temples and tops of my cheek. As soon as I got a chance to look in the mirror, my skin was the first thing I looked at and it was already red raw and cracked. I pointed it out straight away but Amelia declared it was a skin reaction which clearly was not. I wish I stood my ground more but I paid the rest of the charge and left. About 10 minutes later when I got to work, I looked in the mirror and there were tiny blood droplets all over the area, leaking from the tiny injuries. I sent pictures to Amelias number with my big concerns and she just said it never happened to anyone before and that I am probably just allergic and have sensitive skin. After telling her again I am not allergic to anything nor am I on any medication, she refused to reflect the situation in the price I paid for this nightmare as Amelia said she offers lash service and my lashes are fine. Like I said to Amelia, just because this never happened before, it is not guaranteed it will never happen to anyone in the future. No lashes are worth ruined skin for holiday, half the lashes fell out during crying anyway! I wish there was accountability from her side. Won’t be coming back nor will I be recommending Amelia’s service to anyone else. Show more
