On my arrival the receptionist was very welcoming and based of this I thought that my experience at park way was going to be great. Despite this, I wa...s escorted down to the spa area by another professional lady who told the spa therapists that I had arrived for my treatment. I arrived at around 11:10 and my appointment was at 11:15, however I waited 15 minutes until I left the waiting room and decided to leave due to no one coming to get me for my appointment. I would have been able to empathise with the therapists, however they were seen talking and didn’t approach me to say they could have been running late. It is a shame as I was hoping this could’ve been a place where I had regular treatments. However I feel waiting 15 minutes after my appointment time is unacceptable. Show more

This appointment was gifted to me,first impression not great receptionist was quite rude, approached the desk to book in all I received was right I ...need to take payment, explained already prepaid, well I need to check absolutely nothing wrong with checking but have worked myself in this industry and I think it would have been more professional to have done this without the abrupt manner of course having checked she said okay if you sit over someone will collect you, I was soon collected by a member of staff my mum was with me and she wanted to grab a coffee whilst waiting so asked if there was anywhere she could which the staff member replied yes we have a coffee shop, okay that’s great could you tell me where it is which again slightly frustrated by this, however taken for my appointment to sit there for 10 minutes whilst staff chatted not a problem this may have been work related but obviously my time slot had begun, Molly who carried out my treatment was lovely and very happy with my nails however I wanted two flowers painted which Molly pointed out how sorry she could not because it would go over my appointment time which okay I was fine with but later on remembered I had lost 10 minutes at the start which would probably have been enough time to do this, if I’m honest I probably would not recommend the Parkway because I felt at times staff quite unprofessional but Molly was great.
