Wonderful warm welcome from the ladies on reception. We then were guided to the spa area, how beautiful 😍 the changing rooms are spotless, the cleani...ng team are always keeping the place clean and safe. We spent the morning using the leisure facilities, the jacuzzi was my favourite. We then had our back, neck and shoulder massage, these ladies are so talented and they know exactly what you need. After we had a shower and popped up to the restaurant for out afternoon tea. We were spoiled, the food was delicious and plentiful ( had to get a take away box to take some home 😋) The lady serving us was very thorough with food allergies and any thing we needed. We bought this package for Christmas for myself and my best friend and it is the best present I have ever had. Thank you all so much ❤️ will definitely be returning. Show more

Not normally one to leave a bad review, lovely customer services as i had to reschedule as i had issues that meant i wouldn't meet my appointment on t...ime, i normally have regular massages at the parkway and enjoy my time there but i booked with poppy this time who i havent had a massage off before. The massage felt half arsed and seemed to only used one hand in circling motion for the majority of the massage and staying in one spot for long periods of time, i could hear what i thought to be her tapping on her phone so i looked up and i Caught her texting/playing on her phone to which she panicked and put it in her pocket quickly.
