Not normally one to leave a bad review, lovely customer services as i had to reschedule as i had issues that meant i wouldn't meet my appointment on t...ime, i normally have regular massages at the parkway and enjoy my time there but i booked with poppy this time who i havent had a massage off before. The massage felt half arsed and seemed to only used one hand in circling motion for the majority of the massage and staying in one spot for long periods of time, i could hear what i thought to be her tapping on her phone so i looked up and i Caught her texting/playing on her phone to which she panicked and put it in her pocket quickly. I booked a 50 minute Swedish Back, Neck and Scalp Massage for £55. On arrival I was told that since i had only booked a treatment, i would not be able... to use the facilities. I dont feel this is made clear on the website as nowhere does it state this to be the case. Instead there are pictures of the pool on the pages related to treatments which i think makes things confusing. I had been looking forward to relaxing by the pool and reading my book and offered to pay extra as my treatment was only a few pounds shy of one of the spa day packages. I was told that the area was fully booked and that nothing could be done. I walked past the pool while waiting to be collected and there was only two people in it but the receptionist did explain that the spa days were fully booked so I decided to move past it and just try and enjoy what i did have booked. I was a few minutes early so the masseuse took me to the treatment room and instructed me what to wear and to lie on the bed under the towel. She then left the room and came back when i was ready so we were able to start at 12pm. The massage was okay, i liked the aromatherapy elements and after asking for a little more pressure for my back massage, it felt good. My back was left exposed while she moved onto my scalp so i felt a little chilly due to the oils but not a big deal. When the treatment was finished, the massues left the room and waited for me to get dressed. I looked at the time and it was 12:40. Definitely not the 50 minute treatment that i had paid for. Worth also noting that i could hear people in the treatment room next door chatting as well so not the luxury treatment that i was expecting. Show more

Fabulous facial with Zoe on Monday. I particularly enjoyed the massage to help with lymphatic drainage. It was a lovely experience, but I felt that Zo...e spent at least five minutes of my 30-minute facial outside the door and my facial finishe 5 minutes early. So only had 20 minutes overall. I have never had a facial before and came with my daughter. It was special for us. So I was a bit disappointed that I didn't receive the full experience. Show more
