Unfortunately I apologise my son was rushed into hospital on the day of your appointment and you may be unhappy - a further app you did book yourself which I have cancelled as a result of this review I understand you may feel let down the first appointment didn't go ahead. Apologies you feel this way however this was outside my control and my son is main priority.
