The staff were friendly, but they were 20 mins late starting my appointment despite the fact that I arrived 10mins early and there only being one othe...r customers the entire time I was waiting. One woman came in after I had been waiting for 25mins and didn't have a booking, but was instantly seen to for a consultation while I had booked and still had to continue waiting. Show more
