I have been going to SkinLo for little under a year, ive had Botox, Skin Boosters and Lip fillers. Of course i was nervous to start being a beginner a...t it all. Arrival is great , everyone in the salon is very welcoming so youre quite relaxed, as i know it can be off putting if you feel uncomfortable! The clinic room is lovely & spotless! Lois has all her certificates up , so you know you are in experienced hands and of course she is a Nurse so you couldnt be safer! Lois is very friendly and easy to talk to, ive always felt welcome and at ease. She is extremely passionate about her work and listens to what you want but also advises the best for you, you get talked through all the procedures, you can stop at any point if you need to, she will always ask if you are okay throughout , Lois uses gloves etc and changes them as needed during procedures. You will get a thorough explaination of aftercare, and do's and dont's. You are always able to get hold of Lois for any questions or concerns after treatment which i think is very important, i feel that Lois is very approachable in this way! I definitely recommend SkinLo & of course will keep coming back for my treatments . Show more

Her e...xperience and expertise really does shine through and she made sure to explain my procedure (dimple chin botox) very clearly and thoroughly and gave me some simple and straightforward aftercare advice. The room itself was lovely and clean and every thing felt very well sanitised. Lois also booked me in for a 2 week follow-up after my treatment to see how everything settles and if any further treatment to the area is required, which is great.
