We are very sorry that the master refused you the design. Actually 50 is the price for gel + color. You ordered 45 pounds sterling for gel or base color + 5 pounds sterling color over gel or design + 5 pounds sterling. But the girls still did the color for you (we, for our part, said that 10 minutes is not late, and it turned out to be a misunderstanding). we didn't charge more 💔 this is stated in our price list we are sorry that you felt uncomfortable but we did everything to fix the situation

Absolutely disappointing. The stylist didn't covered whole nail with the colour, leaving visible break between cuticles and nails, the shape of the na...ils is terrible - each nail is pointed to different directions which looks horrendous. The quality of service I got is nothing compared to reviews nor portfolio. Beside of that the stylist didn't say a word to me, not saying what to do nor asked once if I like the outcome. I've spoken to two different people from the one which made my nails to explain what I would like to get done or to pay for service. I wasn't offered any beverage nor disscount for the first time appointment (as its says in their portfolios). Last thing is the location, which was hard to get. Show more
