As I arrived 15 minutes prior to my booking (hate to be late for any appointment), Connor was still dealing with another young customers. I didn't min...d cause it showed he was making sure the young customer was comfortable and his parents were happy with his cut. Unfortunately, it made me late for the rest of my day. Probably the only minor, hense the 4 star and not 5. While having my cut small talk was sound with Connor, and was still able to do a good job with my trim, which made me comfortable and at ease. Made sure i was happy with the length cut from top, asked whether i wanted high, low, or mid skin fade. When i asked if he could take the fade down on my beard, he happily obliged.
